Literacy Test(OSSLT)
Welcome to OIS’s assisted registration.
The Literacy Requirement is based on the reading and writing expectations in the Ontario curriculum up to the end of Grade 9 and ensures students have the reading and writing skills to be successful in school, at work, and in daily life. The Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT) is the standard means for meeting the Literacy Requirement.

As of September 2020, the Ontario Government requires students to complete at least a few credits online. At OIS we’re happy you’re here. However, before you apply you’ll need to contact your school’s guidance department to learn more about how to enroll in OIS's courses. Once you get the green light, you will be able to register here directly.
